WE offer a wide variety of session options. Private 1 on 1 with personalize programming, semi-private (2-3 people) with variations of skills provided in programming or small group session with general programming, however individual attention to regressions and progressions based on skill level. We are also experienced in virtual training and have provided services throughout covid-19, most group and session can include live and virtual attendees.
